Remember, all games are at Harrisburg. We win tonight we'll be in the Finals on Thursday.

ASU Players

Sorry, I never got any pictures posted from the ASU player visit day until now. The ice storm put me behind. 6th grade...see you Saturday at noon in Harrisburg. Get there a little early. Also, open gym this Sunday from 3:00 to 5:00 for all 3 grades. If 6th grade wins Saturday we will all play Monday night. 6th grade game may actually be Tuesday night...we'll find out tomorrow at the tournament. Not mandatory Sunday, but it will be a good opportunity to work on your shot for the tournament. Later!

Crazy Week!`

I just got power last night around 7:00...very excited about that! The tournament that was supposed to start Saturday has been moved to this coming Saturday...the 7th. All game times will remain the same but it will start this Saturday.

6th grade:
Saturday at 12:00

5th grade:
Next Monday at 7:00

4th grade:
Next Monday at 6:00.

Remember, all games at Harrisburg.

As soon as I get a practice schedule it will be sent home with the girls.

If we beat Bay we play the winner of Lake City and Caraway game. If we win that game we play in the final against the team that comes out of the top bracket.

if win...finals Feb 5th against the top winner.


*All tournament games will be at Harrisburg in either the old gym or new gym. These gyms are located beside each other and use the same parking lot. I'll get everyone a copy of the bracket asap.

Rivercrest Game

Coach from Rivercrest called yesterday to confirm game for this Saturday. 4th & 5th grade both play and 1st game starts at 10:00 in the old gym. I don't know who they have played or what their record is. Come ready!

I'm trying to schedule a game for next Tuesday. Marked Tree and Ridgefield were both contacted. Marked Tree said they already have a game scheduled and I'm still waiting on a response from Ridgefield. I'll let you know if anything develops.

Practice Schedule

With the exception of the Saturday game against Rivercrest (4th & 5th only) we will have the next 2 weeks off, meaning games. Some players have expressed an interest in scheduling a game next week. That might not be a bad idea...keep us from getting too rusty. I'll let you know if anything develops. The meeting to determine seeds and brackets will be on the 25th. I'll post that info. after the meeting. The district tournament won't actually start until the 31st. Here's the schedule for the week:

Tuesday night at 6:30-7:30 old gym-6th grade practice

Wednesday 3:30-4:30 old gym--4th & 5th practice.

Friday immediately after school...all 3 grades need to be in the old gym. Bring your practice gear and be ready for a surprise. Parents, don't let your child miss Friday! Practice will be very light.
